TESANA INTERNATIONAL LTD (Lebanon, commercial registration 6006522) — “TESANA” — sells TESANA Espresso through tesana.international, WhatsApp and Instagram. This page explains what information we collect and why.
What we collect
Your name, mobile/WhatsApp number, optional email, delivery area, address, landmark, optional map link, optional photo of your building or entrance and delivery notes; the products you order; the payment method and payment status. For card payments, card details are entered on Ziina’s secure payment page — TESANA never receives your full card number. For USDT payments, the transaction and wallet addresses are public on the TRON blockchain.
Why we use it
To process, deliver and support your order, confirm payment, keep accounting records and prevent fraud. We do not sell your information and do not use it for anything else.
Who can see it
Authorised TESANA staff; the courier delivering your order (name, phone, address, location and amount to collect); and, for card payments, the payment provider (Ziina, through ABABEEL TRADING FZC LLC, UAE).
Storage and retention
Orders are stored on our secured server outside the public website and are accessible only to administrators. We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, customer support and legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by contacting us. Some records may have to be kept for legal or accounting reasons.
Browser storage
The website does not use advertising cookies. It keeps your basket in your own browser so it is not lost when you change language or reload the page.
