We collect only the information needed to receive and process online orders, issue invoices/receipts, arrange courier delivery, provide tracking details, customer support, accounting and tax records.
This may include customer name, email, phone number, country, city, postal code, delivery address, quantity ordered, order notes, selected payment method and payment reference/receipt number.
Where a customer chooses optional marketing consent, we may use the submitted email for TESANA product updates and future offers. The customer may request removal at any time by contacting us.
We do not collect or store card numbers, CVV codes, online banking passwords or other sensitive payment credentials. Card data is processed only by the approved payment provider after live activation. Manual QR/bank transfer payments are verified using the transaction reference or receipt provided by the customer.
Delivery details may be shared with international courier or shipping partners only for delivery purposes. Order and payment records may be shared with accountants, tax advisers or authorities where required for legal, accounting or tax compliance.
